Landyn earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master of Fitness Science from York University. After working as an exercise physiologist, personal trainer, and lifestyle coach, he decided to further his education by completing his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto.

Landyn has been fortunate to experience working with an array of amazing people. From pediatrics to geriatrics, those who are critically ill to professional athletes. He believes in fostering a strong therapeutic bond with each of his patients and guiding them to achieving their personal goals, while most importantly facilitating their return to the activities they love with strength and confidence.

Landyn understands that health, injury, and pain are complex puzzles influenced by a multitude of factors. For this reason, he takes a comprehensive and holistic approach when both assessing and treating. He’s an advocate of the notion “movement is medicine” and empowers patients to take an active approach in their physical therapy. As a result, therapeutic exercise, patient education and lifestyle coaching constitute his treating method, while supplementing with soft tissue and manual based techniques.

Outside of the clinic, you can expect to find him practicing calisthenics and strength training at the gym, running throughout the city, and dancing up a storm on a Friday night. He also loves cooking, jamming out to music and playing guitar.
